Psychological Contract Theory Relation to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Flight Attendants

In service organizations such as airlines, flight attendants one of the components that play a direct role in serving needs passengers during flights are required to work independently without supervision and have confidence carrying out job demands since they accepted employees. The agreement formed between attendant airline is initial motivation trust given by employees known psychological contracts. A high contract with reciprocal relationship where attendant's expectations fulfilled will make feel valued for her empowered. This feeling raises be more active showing OCB. OCB behavior individuals voluntarily outside their formal descriptions support advancement work. this article, contracts an important factor growth attendants, arriving early, helping coworkers or new who experiencing difficulties, contributing activities organized airlines.
